LM5019SDX/NOPB Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Adj to 1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 7.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.225V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 100mA output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 100V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 48V for operation. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LM5019 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 90V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 8 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 1.225V volts. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 90V, which is the highest available. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 1.75mA A of quiescent current.
