LM5020MM-1/NOPB Overview


In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 8V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher.
