LM5022MME/NOPB Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 6V~60V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating.
