LM5025BMTCX/NOPB Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. This dc control operates at 8V~15V and has a 8V~15V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 200kHz~400kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
