LM5025DMTCX/NOPB Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 8V~15V. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~580kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL .
