Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 15V~90V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz 600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
