For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5100.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2A.Within this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are several useful electronic components.A board with 8 component pins is available.An output current of 2A is supported.In this case, it produces a voltage of 118V.Its quiescent current at 200μA refers to the current this part consumes on the condition of not being affected by external factors.
