In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-WDFN Exposed Pad is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 118V.
