LM5110-1SDX/NOPB Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 3.5V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 10 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Under its base part number LM5110, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.There is a maximum output current of 5A that can be achieved.A total of 10 pins are available for component connections.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 5A is supported.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 2mA.When not affected by external factors, this part consumes its quiescent current at 1mA.
