There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 3.5V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5111.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 5A that can be achieved.A board with 8 component pins is available.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.5A is the maximum output current supported by the device.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 2mA.Its quiescent current at 1mA describes its current consumption when not influenced by external factors.
