LM5122MHX/NOPB Overview
The switching controller fits in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 1MHz.
