LM5122ZPWPR Overview


It comes in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~65V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at Up to 1MHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
