Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 3.8V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~150°C TJ. It can switch at 440kHz 2.2MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount, Wettable Flank. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
