LM5160DNTR Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 12 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of Adj to 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. 65V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
