LM5165DRCR Description


LM5165DRCR is an easy-to-use, ultra-low IQ synchronous buck converter that maintains high efficiency over a wide input voltage and load current range. The device integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The converter is designed to simplify implementation while optimizing the performance of the target application. Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode ensures optimum efficiency under light load conditions, and Constant on Time (COT) control enables near constant operating frequency. Both control schemes require no loop compensation, while still achieving excellent line and load transient response and short pulse-width modulation (PWM) on-times for high step-down conversion ratios.
