LM5165XDRCR Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches Up to 600kHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 150mA output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 65V. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V. As a member of the LM5165 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 5V volts. There are 10 pins used for switching regulator operation. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 5V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 10μA A of quiescent current.
