LMK03200ISQE/NOPB Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock.
