LMK04033BISQE/NOPB Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
