LMK04111SQE/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed.
