LMK04805BISQ/NOPB Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations.
