LMR16006XDDCR Description


LMR16006 is a pulse width modulation DC/DC step-down (buck) regulator. It has a wide input range from 4V to 60V and is suitable for a wide range of applications from industry to automobile for power regulation of unstabilized power supply. In ECO mode, the standby current of the stabilized power supply is 28 microamperes, which is suitable for battery operating systems. The ultra-low 1 microampere shutdown current can further extend the battery life. The operating frequency is fixed at 0.7 MHz (X version) and 2.1 MHz (Y version), allowing the use of small external components while still having a low output ripple voltage. The soft start and compensation circuits are implemented internally, which allows the device to be used with a minimum of external components. LMR16006 is optimized for load currents up to 600 mA. It has a typical feedback voltage of 0.765 V. The device has built-in protection functions, such as pulse-by-pulse current limitation, thermal sensing and shutdown due to excessive power consumption. The LMR16006 is packaged in ultra-thin SOT-6L.
