LMR16020PDDAR   Description

The LMR16020DDAR is a 60 V, 2 A Simple Switcher step-down regulator that integrates high-end MOSFET. It has a wide input range from 4.3V to 60V and is suitable for a variety of applications from industry to automobile for power regulation of unstabilized power supply. The static current of the stabilized power supply in sleep mode is 40 μ A, which is suitable for battery power supply system. The ultra-low 1 μ A current in the off mode can further extend the battery life. A wide adjustable switching frequency range allows for optimization of efficiency or external component size. Internal loop compensation means that the user is freed from the tedious loop compensation design task. This also minimizes the external components of the device. Precision enable input simplifies regulator control and system power sequencing. The device also has built-in protection functions, such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal induction and shutdown due to excessive power consumption, as well as output overvoltage protection. LMR16020 adopts 8-pin HSOIC package with exposed pads and low thermal resistance.
