The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 16 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 500mA.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.Temperatures below 0°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, it requires a voltage of 30V.The supply voltage of 5V is its minimum value for operation.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.
