The N package provides greater flexibility.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.Devices have 20 pins available.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 4 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 70°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as 0°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 48V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 8V.Setting the operating supply voltage to 24V is recommended.
