LT1161IN Overview
Its N package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 4 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Mosfet driver consists of 20 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.In the device, there are 20 pins.A supply voltage of 24V is required for operation.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 85°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.When the supply voltage is 48V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 8V.During the operation of the system, the voltage of the operating supply should be set to 24V.This function has an input of GATED.The supply current can not exceed 6.5mA when operating.
