For greater flexibility, the SOIC W package is adopted.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 20 terminations.The pins are configured with 20 when designing the chip.In order to operate, a voltage of 24V has to be applied.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Its maximum operating voltage is 48V.For operation, 8V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 24V.GATED represents its input.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 6.5mA.
