For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.During design, it is configured with 24 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.The basis of this model has 4 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 15V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 10V.A current of 1.5A is output by the device.Setting the operating supply voltage to 12V is recommended.The output voltage is set to 11.3V.
