Capsuled in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at Up to 20V volts and has Up to 20V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
