With its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at Up to 20V and has a Up to 20V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Various 20 terminations.
