LT1506IR#PBF Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating.
