A SOIC package would be appropriate for this. Currently, there are 24 pins on it. The package contains a Tape and Reel case. Its supply voltage should not exceed 25V volts. This smart tools battery cannot be activated with a value less than -40°C. Temperatures below 85°C are recommended. The voltage at its output is 20V. Input voltage under 28V is available for powering the chip. There is 7V problem operating the manage IC below 7V voltage. Batteries should be powered under 3A for safety reasons.
