Capsuled in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3V~25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
