In the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 6V~36V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions.
