Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.5V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
