Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.5V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, On Time Control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
