Capsuled in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.5V~60V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking.
