optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.25MHz. Input voltage 4.2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.21V. Featuring a 535mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V.
