LT3990IDD#PBF Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 210kHz~2.3MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.2V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.21V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 350mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 350mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 62V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
