LT8364EDE#PBF Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 12 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.8V as an input voltage. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A Switch output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 60V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
