In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4V~60V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 645kHz~2.1MHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
