In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 4V~60V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 190kHz~630kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
