LT8620EMSE#PBF Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. Regulator 3.4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.4V.
