LT8620IMSE#PBF Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.97V.
