LT8620IMSE#PBF Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.97V.
