LT8620MPMSE#PBF Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -55°C~150°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz.
