LT8640SEV#PBF Overview


It uses the Tray package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 24 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~3MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.97V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 6A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 42V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 6V.
