LT8650SEV#PBF Overview


It uses the Tray package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad, 28 Leads package to save space. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz~3MHz.
