The switching controller fits in the 38-PowerTFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 31 Leads package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 2.8V~80V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~400kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
