The switching controller fits in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages -4.5V~-80V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively.
