The switching controller fits in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~80V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. It can switch at 100kHz~750kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
