With a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sVoltages 4.5V~80V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~750kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
