In the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 3.5V~20V voltage are supplied and operated. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 250kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
